Using Wrooms

Version 2026.09.07-1 · Effective September 7, 2026. This is a readable summary. The binding terms are the Wrooms User Agreement, together with product-specific terms that apply to a feature or transaction.

The Service

Wrooms includes rooms, AI desks, Discover, Shop, Pay, Streets, files, media, authentication, supported wallets, marketplace features, and third-party integrations. You receive a limited license to use the Service as provided. Do not abuse other users, bypass security, scrape or overload the Service, violate law, or use Wrooms to infringe another person’s rights.

AI

AI desks are generative systems, not people. Output can be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or outdated. Legal, financial, medical, tax, employment, credit, and other high-impact information is not professional advice or a final decision. You remain responsible for reviewing output before relying on it. Third-party AI providers can have additional terms.

Your content

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant Wrooms the rights reasonably needed to host, transmit, process, moderate, display, back up, and otherwise operate that content through the Service. You must have the right to submit it. Shared-room content can remain available to other members according to product controls and applicable retention rules.

Payments and third parties

Payment processors, wallet providers, blockchain networks, app stores, media providers, authentication providers, AI providers, and other third parties can apply their own terms, fees, limits, compliance requirements, and privacy practices. Wrooms is not responsible for a third party merely because the Service links to or integrates with it.

Digital assets and wallets

Digital-asset notice. Any wallet, token, stablecoin, digital collectible or NFT, staking, exchange, transfer, marketplace, on-ramp, off-ramp, or blockchain feature made available through Wrooms is subject to its actual functionality, provider, network, transaction, jurisdiction, and applicable law. Product descriptions do not determine whether Wrooms or a third party is acting as a broker, exchange, custodian, money transmitter, securities intermediary, commodities intermediary, financial institution, fiduciary, payment service, or other regulated person. Wrooms may require identity or sanctions screening, restrict jurisdictions or counterparties, pause or reject activity, require additional information, comply with lawful process, or disable a feature where reasonably necessary for law, safety, fraud prevention, or platform integrity. Nothing on Wrooms is investment, legal, accounting, tax, or fiduciary advice.

Wallet and key notice. Wrooms does not ask you to post an external-wallet seed phrase, recovery phrase, or private key in a room, AI prompt, or public page. Connected wallets, blockchain networks, and wallet providers can use different custody and recovery models and are subject to their own terms. Where Wrooms offers a wallet or signing feature, the applicable product flow describes how credentials or key material are handled. You are responsible for protecting secrets and verifying the destination, network, asset, and transaction before approval. Anyone who obtains a private key or recovery phrase may be able to control the associated assets, and recovery may be impossible.

Digital-asset transactions can be irreversible and can expose public transaction data. You are responsible for addresses, networks, wallet security, taxes, and transaction instructions you approve. Wrooms or an applicable provider may impose age, identity, sanctions, jurisdiction, fraud, transaction, or other controls on a financial or crypto feature.

Streets and digital items

Supported Streets items and NFTs are digital items with no guaranteed resale value, liquidity, rarity value, or future utility. Owning a digital item does not transfer Wrooms trademarks, software, branding, source code, or other intellectual property except for any express license stated for that item.

Suspension, changes, and availability

Wrooms can restrict content, accounts, transactions, or features to protect users, comply with law, prevent fraud, satisfy provider requirements, maintain security, or preserve platform integrity. Features can change, pause, or end. A displayed feature, asset, quote, model, provider, or network is not a promise that it will remain available.

Risk allocation

The binding User Agreement contains the applicable warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity terms, governing law, and dispute provisions. Nothing in this summary limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
