Wrooms Privacy Policy
Version 2026.09.07-1 · Effective September 7, 2026. This policy explains how Wrooms handles personal data across wrooms.ai, the Wrooms App, Wrooms Auth, AI desks, rooms, personalization, Discover, Shop, Pay, Streets, supported wallet features, and integrations. The Wrooms User Agreement remains the binding terms of use.
1. Data we collect
Account data can include email address, display name, username, authentication provider, account and security status, agreement acceptance records, optional phone information, device and session data, and security-event metadata. OAuth providers can send an identifier, verified email, name, and profile image consistent with permissions you approve.
Service data can include room membership, messages, files, media metadata, AI prompts and responses, Discover activity, Shop and Pay records, support communications, preferences, personalization data you choose to save, safety signals, and records needed to operate or secure the Service.
2. AI and model providers
When you use an AI desk, Wrooms processes the prompt and relevant context to produce a response. Depending on the feature, data may be sent to a model or service provider needed to answer the request. Do not place passwords, seed phrases, private keys, full payment-card numbers, or other secrets in a room or AI prompt.
3. Rooms, files, and media
Content in a room is available to people who can access that room and systems needed to deliver, moderate, secure, and answer within it. Private rooms are not intended for public indexing. Durable messages, saved media, notes, and attachments can remain until deleted under product controls or retention rules. Technical logs and safety records can persist separately.
4. Personalization and Learn
Optional personalization data can be used to tailor eligible Wrooms experiences. Learn progress and saved items are separate product records. Wrooms does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Wallets and digital assets
Wallet and digital-asset records can include public addresses, wallet type, signed linking proofs, transaction identifiers, asset and amount information, digital-item ownership, listings, and transaction status. Public addresses and blockchain transactions can be personal data when associated with a person or account.
6. Public blockchains and third-party networks
When you choose a feature that interacts with a public blockchain or external network, transaction data can become publicly readable and durable. Wrooms does not intentionally publish passwords, seed phrases, private keys, full payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, or private room content to a public blockchain. Wrooms generally cannot erase records maintained by an independent public blockchain after publication.
7. Payments and financial records
Payment, on-ramp, off-ramp, wallet, and marketplace features may involve third-party processors. Those providers can collect information directly under their own privacy notices and compliance obligations. Wrooms can retain transaction references, amounts, status, account linkage, fraud signals, and records reasonably needed for reconciliation, disputes, tax, accounting, sanctions, consumer protection, or other legal obligations.
8. How we use data
- Provide, personalize, maintain, secure, and improve Wrooms.
- Authenticate users, link identities, secure sessions, detect abuse, and prevent fraud.
- Deliver AI, messaging, files, media, payments, marketplace, and wallet features you request.
- Measure reliability and product performance and debug failures.
- Enforce agreements, protect users, respond to lawful process, and meet legal obligations.
- Communicate about accounts, transactions, security, support, and material product or policy changes.
9. Service providers and disclosures
Wrooms uses providers for infrastructure, databases, authentication, email, AI, media, analytics, payments, wallet and blockchain connectivity, fraud prevention, and other operations. Wrooms can disclose information as needed for those providers to perform their functions, comply with law, enforce rights, investigate abuse or fraud, protect safety, complete a business transaction, or follow your direction.
10. Sale, sharing, and advertising
Wrooms does not currently sell personal information and does not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that practice changes, Wrooms will update this policy and provide legally required choices before applying the new practice.
11. Retention and deletion
Wrooms retains data for as long as reasonably needed for the Service, account security, product records, contractual obligations, fraud prevention, disputes, accounting, tax, legal compliance, and enforcement. Closing an account does not necessarily remove public blockchain records, records another user has an independent right to retain, third-party records, or records Wrooms is legally permitted or required to keep.
12. Your privacy choices and rights
- Depending on where you live and whether a law applies to Wrooms, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal data, and to appeal certain privacy-request decisions.
- Wrooms does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Where applicable, Wrooms honors legally recognized choices or opt-out signals for sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.
- Some data cannot be deleted immediately or at all, including information Wrooms must retain for security, fraud prevention, payment, tax, accounting, dispute, legal, or compliance purposes and information already written to a public blockchain or controlled by another service provider or user.
Rights vary by jurisdiction and are subject to verification and lawful exceptions. Authorized-agent requests can require proof of authority.
13. Children
Wrooms is not directed to children under 13. Where a higher minimum age or parental-consent rule applies, that rule controls. Payment or digital-asset features can have a higher minimum age, including 18 where stated by applicable terms or providers.
14. Security and international processing
Wrooms uses technical and organizational safeguards designed for the sensitivity of the data and nature of the Service. No online system is perfectly secure. Wrooms and its providers may process data in the United States and other countries where they operate, subject to applicable requirements.
15. Contact and changes
We may update this policy as Wrooms changes. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date and, where required, additional notice or consent. Privacy questions and requests: hello@wrooms.ai.
